This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 133 days in filling the above Criminal Revision Case against the order dated 24.04.2024 passed by the learned Principal City Civil and Sessions Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P.NO.10751 of 2024 in Crl.A.Sr.No.10008 of 2024.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and learend counsel for the respondent and perused the materials available on record.

3. On being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 133 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
