This petition has been filed challenging the FIR registered in Crime No.66 of 2015 pending investigation on the file of the respondent police. 2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor on instructions submitted that investigation was completed and final report was filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Alandur and it has been taken on file in C.C.No.606 of 2023. 3.In the light of the above development, there is no question of quashing the FIR at this stage and if the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings pending before the Court below, it is left open to the petitioner to workout his remedy in the manner known to law.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
