Tiruppur South Taluk, Tiruppur by the 4th and 5th respondents and consequently to distribute the land after converting into the house site Patta to the required and eligible persons.

ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) As against the allegation of encroachment on public land described in the petition, learned State counsel would submit that taking cognizance of the complaint, a survey has already been undertaken and on 01.08.2025, survey proceedings shall be drawn and accordingly, appropriate action, if found necessary, shall be taken against those who may be found to be encroacher on the public land, as described in the petition.

Placing on record the statement made before this Court, we are not inclined to keep this petition pending, but to dispose of the same with a direction to conclude the proceedings one way or the other within a period of four months.
