This writ miscellaneous petition has been filed for passing modification of the order passed by this Court on 18.07.2023 by substituting the word second respondent with first respondent.

2.Being satisfied with the reasons filed in support of the affidavit and petition, this writ miscellaneous petition stands allowed.

3.Accordingly, in paragraph 5(i) to 5(iii) and 6 the word second respondent shall be substituted as first respondent.
