O R D E R

This Civil Revision Petition has been filed seeking direction to the District Munsiff Court, Sriperumbudur to dispose of O.S.No.167 of 2016 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. The petitioner herein filed a suit for bare injunction in O.S.No.167 of 2016 on the file the District Munsiff, Sriperumbudur, restraining the respondent and

their men forcibly occupying the suit property which was allotted to the petitioner.

3. The suit is of the year 2016. The perusal of "A" Diary Extract filed along with this revision petition would suggest that the pleadings in the suit was completed on 14.07.2017. From 30.08.2017 onwards, the matter has been adjourned from time to time. Since there is no substantial progress in the case from 2017, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Court below to dispose of the suit within a period of six months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. Accordingly, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs. Connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
