This application has been filed to consider the evidence of P.W.1 and P.W.2 already recorded in O.S.No.8175 of 2019 before the learned XVII Additional City Civil Court, Chennai, as evidence of the said witnesses after the suit had been transferred to this Court and re-numbered as C.S.No.52 of 2025.

2. Since on transfer, the trial would have to commence on and from the stage in which the suit was in the transferor Court, this application is allowed.
