This petition is filed under Section 378 (4) Cr.PC, to grant leave to file an appeal against the order dated 27.04.2023 in C.A.No.33 of 2022 on the file of the learned XIX Additional Sessions Judge, City Civil Court, Chennai.
2.Heard Mr.Avinash Krishnan Ravi, learned counsel for the petitioner.
