The present Application has been filed to pass an order to condone the delay of 472 days in filing written statement filed in D.No.24997 of 2025 in C.S.No.190 of 2023 by the 3rd defendant.

2. Mr.R.Abdul Mubeen, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent submitted that he has no objection in allowing the said application.

4. Considering the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of this application and also taking into consideration that the learned counsel for the respondent has no objection in allowing this application, the application in A.No.3305 of 2025 in C.S.No.190 of 2023 is ordered as prayed for.
