The petitioner has filed this Writ Petition seeking regularization and permanent employment as driver in view of the representation dated 03.07.2019.

2. The case of the petitioner is that the petitioner was working as driver in the first respondent office as a daily wage employee, however till date his services were not regularized. For which, he made a representation on 03.07.2019 to the second respondent, till date his representation was not considered. Hence the present Writ Petition is filed.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case and considering the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the 2nd respondent to consider the representation dated 03.07.2019, submitted by the petitioner and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from 1/2 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
