[Order of the Court was made by P.N.PRAKASH, J.] When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the detenue Roopa, aged about 22 years, wife of the petitioner, was secured by the police in Nallur Police Station Crime No.1631 of 2021 on 19.11.2021 and she has gone with her parents.
