(Order of the Court was made by R. MAHADEVAN, J.) Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no more.

2. On the other hand, the learned counsel appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, submitted that on 16.11.2022, the disciplinary proceedings pending against the petitioner has already been forwarded to the Bar Council of India.

3. Recording the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side, this writ petition stands closed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
