Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that the petitioners should appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 am till the filling of charge sheet and thereafter on every hearing date imposed by this Honble Court in Crl.MP.NO.9363/2021 in Crl.OP.No.14118/2021 dated 16.09.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.G.MANI PRABHU, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN, Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.9363 of 2021 in Crl.O.P.No.14118 of 2021 on 16.09.2021.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police third Saturday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
