(CR.NO.164/2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the conditions imposed by this Hon'ble court in Crl.OP.No.19904 of 2021 dated 26.10.2021 passed by this Hon'ble court on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders and pass such further or other orders as this Hon'ble court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.JAYASEELAN, Advocate for the Petitioners and of MR.N.S.SUGANTHAN Govt. Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Vide Order dated 26.10.2021, this Court had enlarged the petitioners on bail on certain conditions. This petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking relaxation of the conditions.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent, on instruction, submits that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions without fail.

3. In view of the above submission, this Court is of the considered view that the prayer as sought for by the petitioners could be acceded to.

4. Accordingly, the condition insofar as appearance as imposed by order dated 26.10.2021 alone stands relaxed and the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
