ORDER
This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner to pass appropriate order, directing the 1st respondent herein to execute the Non Bailable Warrant issued by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Chengalpattu dated 05.03.2019 passed in C.C.No.6/2014, against the 2nd respondent, pursuant to the order passed by this Court dated 18.03.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.7870/2025.
2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the first respondent police and also perused the materials available on record.
3. Since no adverse order is being passed against the second respondent, notice to the second respondent is dispensed with.
4. It is seen that the warrant date has already been expired. However, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the trial Court to get a fresh warrant and on receipt of fresh warrant, the respondent police is directed to execute the same within a reasonable time.
5. With the above directions, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
