ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondent to survey and demarcate the land in Survey No.311/2, Thiruneermalai Road, Ambedkar Street, Anagaputhur Village, Old No.128, 99, 87 and New Number 1.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

petition, the respondent is directed to survey and demarcate the petitioners' property, after issuance of notice to the adjacent land owners and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, on payment of requisite fees, if any to be paid.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
