Writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 1st respondent to convene the special meeting of the Board of Pazhaiyanur Primary Agricultural Co-op. Credit Society, Pazhaiyanur, Tiruvannamalai District for bringing no confidence resolution against the respondents 2 and 3. ORDER
The prayer sought for in this writ petition is for issuance of Writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to convene the special meeting of the Board of Pazhaiyanur Primary Agricultural Co-op. Credit Society, Pazhaiyanur, Tiruvannamalai District for bringing no confidence resolution against the respondents 2 and 3.

2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Special Government Pleader for the first respondent and learned counsel for the respondents 2 and 3.

It is represented by the learned Special Government Pleader that the writ petitioners are the members of the Society and they gave representation to the first respondent to bring no confidence resolution against the respondents 2 and 3, who were functioning as Board of Directors. The office of the respondents 2 and 3 were already expired, hence the prayer sought for in this writ petition has become infructuous.
