2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the investigation in Crime No.210 of 2010 has been closed by the Judicial Magistrate No.1, Kallakurichi in CMP.No.7324 of 2016 on 26.09.2016. Recording the same, this petition is closed.
