This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 14.07.2023 made in W.M.P.No.20255 of 2023 in W.P.No.20889 of 2023.

2. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent submits that the cheque signing power of the petitioner has been restored to him on 25.08.2023 vide proceedings of the respondent in Na.Ka.No.A1/842/2021.

3. Recording the said submission of the learned Additional Advocate General, the contempt petition is closed.
