Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents herein, particularly, first respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 and thereby, take all steps to grant G.R.Patta in respect of the site of the property comprised in Old Grama Natham Survey No.179-part, presently in New G.R.Survey No.454/11, at Madipakkam Village, in Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District, within a time frame. This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus to direct the respondents herein, particularly, first respondent herein, to consider the petitioner's representation dated 11.07.2022 and thereby, take all steps to grant G.R.Patta in respect of the property comprised in Old Grama Natham Survey No.179-part, presently in New G.R.Survey No.454/11, at Madipakkam Village, in Sholinganallur Taluk, Chennai District, within a time frame.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submitted that the petitioner has made a representation dated 11.07.2022 before the first 2/4

respondent, seeking to issue Patta to the aforesaid property in the name of the petitioner. However, the said representation has been rejected.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondents, no further adjudication is required in the present Writ Petition. Hence, the Writ Petition stands closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to work out her remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
