ORDER
The writ petition has been filed challenging the order dated 17.04.2021 passed by the second respondent in Letter No.EE/5/15234/2016, thereby rejecting the request of the petitioner to refix the seniority on par with his junior and grant him the consequential benefits.

Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the petition.
