ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in purported compliance of the order passed in W.A.No.657 of 2019, another order was passed without complying it in letter and spirit. 2.

We do not find any wilful disobedience involved. If the order passed is contrary to the order of this Court, the remedy open to the petitioner is to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

3. In such view of the matter, the Contempt Petition is closed giving liberty to the petitioner to challenge the subsequent order in the manner known to law, if so advised.
