O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking for a direction to the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 22.08.2016 and to pay a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- as damages.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned counsel appearing for the respondents.

3. At this stage of hearing of this Writ Petition, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he is not pressing his claim for damages and restricting his claim only to the extent of considering the representation the petitioner https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

dated 22.08.2016. It is further submitted that the petitioner has already a paid of sum of Rs.12,275/- to the respondent university to send the confirmation of degree completion form to the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) and further fees should not be insisted by the University. 4.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that the respondent may be directed to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016, within a stipulated period.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing on either side,without going into the merits of the case, this Court directs the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 22.08.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner, by way of E-mail or courier at the costs of the petitioner. It is made clear that since the petitioner has already paid a fees of Rs.12,275/- for confirmation of her degree completion form, no further fees shall be insisted.
