This application has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.20156 of 2022 on 24.08.2022 to appear before the Judicial Magistrate, Pennagaram every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioner has signed before the Magistrate concerned for two days.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner is totally relaxed. However, the petitioner is directed to appear before the Magistrate concerned as and when required.
