O R D E R

This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking for a direction to the respondent to dispose of her representation dated 20.11.2015, in which, the petitioner has requested the respondent to pay the pensionary benefits of her husband B.Siddhaiah, who worked in the respondent's office as COS ATTND "B" and his identification number is BO 4347, died on 24.01.2015.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel for the respondent.

3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the respondent fairly submitted that the representation of the petitioner dated 20.11.2015, would be duly considered and has requested eight weeks time. 4.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent, a direction is issued to the respondent to dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 20.11.2015 on merits by passing a speaking order, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The Writ Petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
