Mr.A.N.Thambidurai Special Government Pleader COMMON ORDER (Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Alleging that the order dated 04.06.2019 made in W.A.Nos. 1442 to 1445 of 2019 has not been complied with, the present contempt petitions have been filed.

2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents.

3. It has been informed by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners that though the order has been passed, the same has not been in strict compliance of the order passed by this Court.

4. We are of the view that there is no wilful disobedience involved. If the petitioners are of the view that the order passed in compliance of the directions of this Court is not in actual compliance, the remedy open to them is to challenge the same in the manner known to law.

5. Accordingly, the contempt petitions stand closed giving liberty to the petitioners the challenge the same in the manner known to law.
