Comp.A.No.254 of 2022 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This Application has been filed seeking to amend the applicant's initial as M.J.Sujatha instead of M.V.Sujatha, in the cause title in the Company Application No.498 of 2018 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 and in the order dated 04.01.2019.

2.Learned counsel appearing for the applicant would submit that due to typographical error, the initial in the applicant's name was mentioned as M.V.Sujatha instead of M.J.Sujatha and the same has been reflected in the order passed in A.No.498 of 2018 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 and hence, he prayed to amend the cause title in the Company Application No.498 of 2018 in C.P.No.130 of 1999 and in the order dated 04.01.2019.

KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., rst 3.Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the applicant, this Court is inclined to allow the present application.

4.Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for. Learned counsel appearing for the applicant is directed to carryout the the necessary amendment.
