This petition is filed to condone the delay of 32 days in filing the above revision. 2.Heard the learned counsel for petitioner.

3.It is seen that notice has been served on the respondents and their names have been printed in the cause list. Despite the same, there is no representation on behalf of the respondents either in person or through counsel. It appears that the respondents have got no serious objection in allowing this petition.

4.In view of the same, the delay stands condoned and the petition is ordered.
