The writ miscellaneous petition is filed praying to amend the cause title and substitute the name as M/s.PharmaZell (India) Private Limited, (Company into which M/s.Pharmazell Vizag Private Ltd., was amalgamated) Plot No.B5 and B6, MEPZ, Tambaram, Chennai-600 045, Represented by its Chief Financial Officer Shri Karthik N in place of M/s.PharmaZell Vizag Pvt. Ltd. Plot No.115, Ramky Pharma City (India) Ltd., SEZ, Parwada Visakhapatnam 531 021, Andhra Pradesh.

2. Having been satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered as prayed for. The learned Senior Standing Counsel for the Respondents does not have any serious objection to the same.

3. Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendments in the cause title.
