This contempt petition has been filed for the alleged disobedience of the order of this Court dated 28.07.2022 made in W.P.No.2043 of 2019.

2. As against the writ Court order, since appeal has been filed where by an interim order dated 10.10.2023 in W.A.No.2747 of 2023, a Division Bench of this Court has granted interim order of stay of the impugned order and a copy of the same since has been produced before this Court, I feel that the present contempt petition cannot be persuaded further for the present. Therefore, it has to be closed, accordingly it is closed with a liberty to the petitioner to revive the 2/4

contempt petition if ultimately he succeeds in the intra-Court appeal which is pending before the Division Bench.
