The writ petition has been filed to quash the impugned notice dated 05.09.2022 pertaining the license premises at 24/18 Shivaji Street, T.Nagar, Chennai-17, issued by 2nd respondent.
2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted the petitioner is one of the renowned coffee manufacturer and marketer in the City of Chennai. The licensed premises at No.24/18, Shivaji Street, T.Nagar, Chennai, for which the petitioner has obtained trade license from the Municipal Corporation for 'Coffee Roasting and Grinding'. The petitioner paid the license fee without any delay.

3.Learned counsel for the petitioner further submitted that the petitioner applied the license from the 2nd respondent dated 14.03.2022 and he has not violated any conditions stipulated in the license as mentioned in the impugned notice dated 05.09.2022. In the writ petition that came up for admission, this Court granted interim stay notice dated 05.09.2022 and the same is operation till date.
4.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent/Corporation submitted that if the petitioner submits his explanation / reply to the notice dated 05.09.2022, the same will be considered on merits and in accordance with law within a time frame fixed by this Court.
5.Heard both side and perused the materials available on record. 6.The petitioner is directed to give his objection / reply to the show cause notice dated 05.09.2022 issued by the 2nd respondent within a period of 3/6
three weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 7.On receipt of the such reply/objections from the petitioner, the same shall be considered on merits and in accordance with law by the 2nd respondent within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
