3.Heard the learned counsel for the appellant. 4.Having satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition stands allowed, subject to the appellant paying an amount of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only) to the credit of Samarpana Centre for Human Service, 10, Subramani Nagar, Vinayagapuram, Kolathur, Chennai-99 on or before 08.11.2023.
