at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the date of death of the mother-in-law of the petitioner is mentioned as 18.05.2021, but the actual date of the death of the petitioner's mother-in-law is 29.02.2016.

3. In view of the above submissions, in the Order in O.P.No.715 of 2023, dated 09.01.2024, the registry is directed to correct the date of death of the mother-in-law of the petitioner as 29.02.2016 in the second paragraph of the Order and issue fresh Order copy to the parties concerned.
