Notices sent to the respondents have been duly served. Acknowledgment Cards have been filed along with the Affidavit of Service.
2. The names of the respondents are also printed in the Cause List today i.e., on 06.08.2025. However, they remain unrepresented. Hence, the respondents are set ex parte by this Court.
3. The applicant is having the benefit of interim injunction order against the respondents.
4. In this application, since 11.07.2025 this Court had granted interim order after observing that the applicant has made out a prima facie case and they have also established balance of convenience and irreparable hardship.
5. Since the respondents are set ex parte in this application and since the 2/4
applicant has made out a prima facie case and they have also established balance of convenience and irreparable hardship, interim injunction granted by this Court on 11.07.2025 for a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the Arbitral Award by the applicant is made absolute. However, on the expiry of the four months period from the date of receipt of the Arbitral Award, interim injunction shall stand vacated as the applicant will have to file an Execution Petition to execute the Arbitral Award dated 06.06.2025, passed in favour of the applicant and against the respondents. 06.08.2025 arb ABDUL QUDDHOSE, J.
