Sub Application (OS) No.775 of 2024 in Cont.P.No.753 of 2024 N.SESHASAYEE.J., The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the contempt petitioner namely Mrs.Saroja had died on 29.05.2024 and therefore, her legal heirs have taken out this application to substitute them in the place of their deceased mother (contempt petitioner).

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this application, this application is ordered.

Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the main contempt petition.
