This petition has been filed by one Muthuvelkumaran to implead himself as a party/ 4th respondent in the writ appeal, as he is interested person in the issues involved in the writ appeal.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents have no objection to allow the petition.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed along with the petition, we inclined to allow the petition.

4. Accordingly, this petition is allowed and the Registry is directed to make necessary amendment.
