This petition is filed by the petitioner / appellant seeking to condone the delay of 102 days in filing the above Appeal.

2. Heard both sides. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the fourth respondent is no more and hence steps have to be taken to bring the legal heirs of the fourth respondent on record. The learned Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 to 3 has no serious objection for ordering this petition.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition and being satisfied with the same, the delay is condoned and this petition is accordingly, ordered.
