This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 16831 of 2024 dated 18.07.2024.

2. Heard both sides.

3. Considering the submissions made by both side counsels, this petition is ordered as follows:

(i) Condition No. 6(c) as regards deposit of amount of Rs.10,000/- to the credit of Crime No. 455 of 2024 in Crl.OP.No. 16831 of 2024 is ordered to be deleted.

(ii) Further two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which, the order copy is made ready.
