This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent police to register the petitioner's complaint dated 11.09.2013 and file the final report.

2. Heard both sides.

3. It is averred in the petition that the petitioner has been cheated by one Jagadeesan and therefore, the petitioner preferred a complaint dated 11.09.2013 before the second respondent. 4. It is represented by the learned Government Advocate that the parties have entered into a compromise through Mediation Centre and the same has been closed.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner also concedes the same.
