Crl.M.P.No.11553 of 2024 in Crl.O.P.No.17912 of 2024 P. DHANABAL.J., This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in para no.5(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.17912 of 2024 i.e to deposit a sum of Rs.50,000/- to the credit of crime No.07 of 2024.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is unable to mobilise funds, due to which unable to comply with the condition imposed by this Court.

3.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

4. Considering the submissions made by both sides, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in para no.5(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.17912 of 2024 is totally relaxed.

5.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
