This application is filed to permit the applicant/4th defendant to amend the cause title in A.No.3464 of 2024 in C.S.No.119 of 2022 in the manner more fully described in the schedule to the judges summons.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff has given no objection for allowing this application and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

3. Recording the submissions and the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff/respondent, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the applicant / 4th defendant is permitted to file amended copy of affidavit within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
