Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India praying to issue a Writ of Mandamus to direct the Respondent's to revise the Petitioner's pay as per the orders of the Government in G.O.Ms.No.234, Finance (Pay Cell) Department dated01.06.2009 and pay the arrears of salary due to her and further direct the Respondents to pay the I and II instalments of the Sixth Pay Commission Arrears and the pay the arrears of the Dearness Allowance due to the Petitioner and continue to pay the Dearness Allowance and grant her all consequential benefits.
