O.P.No.83 of 2022 O.P.No.83 of 2022 C.V.KARTHIKEYAN,J., The Original Petition filed under Section 372 of the Indian Succession Act, 1925, seeking Succession Certificate relating to the securities in the name of N.Ramachandran, father of the petitioner, who died intestate on 14.10.2020.

2. The 1st respondent is the mother of the petitioner and the 2nd respondent is the sister of the petitioner. They had given their consent affidavits.

3. After effecting publication, the petitioner was invited to tender evidence.

4. The petitioner was examined himself as P.W.1. The Death Certificate and the Legal Heirship Certificate of his father N.Ramachandran was marked as Exs.P1 and P2. The consent affidavits of the 1st and 2nd respondents were marked as Exs.P4 and P5. The Statement relating to the Share Certificate was marked as Ex.P3.
