O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the 3rd respondent to survey and demarcate the boundaries of the land situated in Survey Nos.210/5B, 211/7B1, 211/8 in Nekunthi Village, Nallampalli Taluk, Dharmapuri District as directed by the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.Ji6/1784/2023 dated 26.05.2023.

2. According to the petitioner, he submitted a representation dated 10.05.2023 seeking survey of the above mentioned land. Later, the 2nd respondent also directed the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner for surveying the land in his Proceedings Na.Ka.Ji6/1784/2023 dated 26.05.2023. Inspite of the same, the 3rd respondent has not considered the representation of the petitioner till date. Therefore, the petitioner is before this Court.

3. Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader, who is 2/4

taking notice for the respondents would submit that the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2023 will be considered by the 3rd respondent within the time fixed by this Court.

In view of the same, without going into the merits of the claim made by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to direct the 3rd respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 10.05.2023 forwarded to him by the 2nd respondent in his Proceedings Na.Ka.Ji6/1784/2023 dated 26.05.2023 and pass final orders in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5. With the above direction, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
