ORDER

This writ petition is filed to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to issue computerized patta and genuineness certificate based upon the manual patta C.A.No.477/1986 by considering the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021 for the property in R.S.No.641, Block 36, situated at No.14/31, Vaikundapuram 1st Street, Nungambakkam, Chennai - 600 0034 as expeditiously as possible within the time limit that may be fixed by this Court.

2. Considering the limited relief sought for in the petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the writ petition, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 27.09.2021, after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties, if any and after giving an opportunity of hearing to them, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
