Crl.O.P.No.19697 of 2024 T.V.THAMILSELVI, J., As per the Mediation, the petitioner agreed to pay a sum of Rs.30,00,000/- (Rupees Thirty Lakhs only). Further, as per the mediation report stated that part of the amount was paid by the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel for the Intervenor submitted that remaining amount of Rs.10.25,000/- was not paid till date.

3. In view of the above, the petitioner has not paid the remaining amount of Rs.10,25,000/- till date, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Further, the respondent police is directed to take steps as per manner known to law.
