O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to consider his representation dated 22.07.2023 seeking issue of house site patta in respect of land in S.No.544/2.

2. When this writ Petition is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents on instruction submits that S.No.544/2 in Avalapalli Village, Hosur, Krishnagiri District is classified as grazing land in the revenue records. The said submission made by the learned Government Pleader is recorded.

3. As per the order passed by the First Bench of this Court in W.P.No.19286 of 2021 dated 02.02.2022, the grazing land may cannot be reclassified without permission of this Court.

4. In view of the same, the request of the petitioner for grant of house site patta in respect of land classified as Meichal Tharisu Poromboke 2/4

[grazing land] cannot be considered and this Court is not inclined to issue directions to the respondents to consider the request of the petitioner.
