2. The petitioner has an objection with regard to TASMAC shop No.5961.

3. Learned Special Government Pleader points out that the petitioner has a remedy under the Tamil Nadu Liquor Retail Vending (in

Shops and Bars) Rules.

4. In the light of that, the petitioner may avail the remedy as is permissible under law.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. There will be no order as to costs.
