Challenging the order of the second respondent dated 01.07.2014 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to allot the petitioner a B-type or C-type quarters.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has already been retired from service and vacated t he quarters.
