While we are giving a closure to the captioned 'Writ Petitions' {hereinafter 'WPs' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} and captioned 'Writ Miscellaneous Petitions' {hereinafter 'WMPs' for the sake of brevity, convenience and clarity} thereat, we make it clear that if writ petitioners approach the authority concerned with a request for alternate accommodation, the same shall be considered on it own merits and in accordance with law, subject of course to writ petitioners satisfying the requirements.
