Prayer :- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the entry in encumbrance in S.No.31/2, 36/2 Pungar Village, Bavani Sagar Town Panchayat, Sathyamangalam Taluk based on the petitioners representation, dated 01.09.2021 and for any other relief or reliefs that may be appropriate in the present circumstances of the case.

ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to remove the entry in encumbrance in S.No.31/2, 36/2 Pungar Village, Bavani Sagar Town Panchayat, Sathyamangalam Taluk based on my representation, dated 01.09.2021 and for any other relief or reliefs that may be appropriate in the present circumstances of the case. 2.Heard Mr.K.Sudhakar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent.

3.Without expressing any opinion on the merits of the writ petition, the respondent is directed to conduct an enquiry on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 01.09.2021 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

after issuance of notice to the petitioner and counter parties if any and after giving them an opportunity of hearing, pass orders on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
